PURPOSE:To improve the yield by integrating a sounding and receiving section and a support section by one raw material so as to reduce the production process. CONSTITUTION:A sounding receiving piezoelectric board 11, electrodes 12, 12', an elastic plate 13 and a support fixing part 15 are incorporated and the parts other than the electrodes are made all of a piezoelectric ceramic material. In case of sounding, an AC signal is inputted to the electrode terminals 14, 14'. In case of sound reception, a voltmeter is connected between the terminals 14, 14'. Thus, the sounding receiving part 11 and the support fixing part 15 are made of the same raw material without using a thermally decomposed substance such as an organic substance to form air holes. Moreover, since the device is manufactured without in contact with the sounding and reception part 11 by hands and the part is formed very thin without mechanical damage, the miniaturization is attained. |
