<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an overvoltage by peak charging of a filter capacitor by closing a dummy resistance contactor simultaneously with an inverter high speed breaker, when a filter capacitor voltage is estimated to be excessive. CONSTITUTION:If there is an overvoltage exceeding a reference value in the stage of trolley voltage application, a contactor 28 is closed by an overvoltage detector 26. Consequently, a dummy resistor 27 is connected in parallel with filter capacitor 10A, 10B so that a charging voltage of said filter capacitors 10A, 10B does not rise more than necessity. If a set time has passed after starting of an inverter apparatus INV, the contactor 28 is opened to separte the dummy resistor 27.</p> |
