PURPOSE:To prevent intermission of the speech of a source even while traffic information is outputted in speech from a speaker by providing a speaker balance circuit which selectively conducts the speech output of a broadcasting station from a speaker which is the nearest to a driver. CONSTITUTION:If a switching switch 15 is switched to an ON side, one input of an AND gate 13 goes to 'H'. At this time other inputs set the output of a first RDS demodulation circuit 4 as an input and when the TA code of the broadcasting station received with a subtuner 1 is '1', the output goes to 'H'. Since the scan of the subtuner 1 is stopped setting the 'H' output as a control signal, it is made to be locked by a traffic information station which always announces the information. As a result the output from the AND gate goes to 'H' and a switch 14 is switched to an (a) point in figure so as to output the sound signal obtained from the speech demodulation circuit 3 of the subtuner 1 from a right front speaker. Then, the speech output of the traffice information station received by the subtuner 1, outputted from the right front speaker which is the nearest to the driver, is heard and the speech of a general source is outputted from other speakers.
