Two comparison circuits are connected to the additional circuits. Retardation circuits are connected to one comparison circuit, and a stop circuit is connected to one retardation circuit and the second comparison circuit. A stop circuit is connected to the second retardation circuit, the second comparison circuit and an OR component. A further OR component is connected to the second comparison circuit and a third retardation circuit, to which a second stop circuit is also connected. This second stop circuit is in turn connected to an operating component and a receiver, the operating component being connected to the power line switch, whilst the first OR component is connected to a transmitter.
