PURPOSE:To rapidly transfer processing to another succeeding processing by canceling the processing by an operator's command when the operator judges that an answer can not be waited after generating a processing request. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal 1 is turned to a processing waiting state due to the busy state of a terminal 2, a 1st task 11 transmits a processing canceling request inputted by the operator to a 2nd task 12 and the request is sent from a 3rd task 12 to the terminal 2. The 2nd task 12 immediately executes an answer for the processing canceling request to the 1st task 11 to release the terminal 1 by the 1st task 11. Consequently, the operator can be allowed to immediately generate another processing request from the terminal 1.
