PURPOSE:To inform a reception by lighting an LED even if voices are not heard because of breathing sounds with a regulator, etc., by setting an indicator which informs the reception in a vision at the time of wearing a mask. CONSTITUTION:The signal received with an ultrasonic transducer 7 is inputted in a pre-amplifier part 8 through a circulator 5 and amplified in the reception part. Then it is detected in a demodulation circuit 9 and amplified in a power amplifier 10, so that a diver can hear the signal by using a bone conduction earphone 12. At the same time a carrier detection signal is inputted in an LED light emission part 11 so as to light the LED. The LED light emission part 11 is attached to the mask 13, for example, so as to always catch sight of the LED. Therefore the signal which is received can be heard with ears and at the same time the reception is informed to eyes. Since the reception is recognized even if the received voice can not heard because of the breathing sounds, etc., during diving, the diver can transmit a command such as requiring a retransmission to an opposite person, so that the stable communication can be executed.
