When diving or snorkelling, one often wishes to grasp or catch or poke into or break off something. In order to do this, an appropriate tool is required, which this diving staff represents. It is a stick-like rod that is suitable for mounting various devices. These are variable, detachable or even permanently fixed to it. For example, there can be a grab on it with which one can pick up things, or a knife which can be used in the extended or folded-over position, or also a "cacher" that can be installed in or on the staff in various ways. It is a useful device for sporting or working activity under water.
