DATA BASE/FILE ACCESS SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To facilitate the common use of a data base or a file among plural computers by providing an argument style defining part where the argument style of an argument list corresponding to the data function is defined to each computer together with a relative/absolute address conversion means. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 1 and a local computer 2 contain the argument style defining parts 1e and 2d where the argument style of an argument list is defined in response to the data function of a data base or a file in an auxiliary memory 3 to receive an access and address conversion means which convert the address type arguments in the argument lists 1d and 2c1 into relative addresses from absolute addresses in those computers and vice versa. Thus it is possible to give an access to the data on the data base or the file of the memory 3 among computers without changing an existing application program and with addition of an extremely simple means.
