PURPOSE:To prevent the liquid leakage of a flowmeter, by molding a resin so as to pierce through a liquid contact metal ring and a press ring to integrate the same with the liquid contact metal ring. CONSTITUTION:Several through-holes (a), (b) are opened to a press ring 5 and a liquid contact metal ring 4 and the liquid contact metal ring 4 is mounted to the inside of the press ring 5 so as to provide electrical continuity. Further, a resin protective ring 3 is molded to both surfaces of the press ring 5 and the liquid contact metal ring 4 through the through-holes (a), (b) so as to enclose the liquid contact metal ring 4 and the press ring 5. Then, the integrated resin protective ring 3 is screwed in a detector main body 1 with screws 6 to be fixed thereto. This resin protective ring 3 protects a lining 2 and seals a liquid. The liquid contact metal ring 4 grounds the liquid and is electrically grounded through the press ring 5 and an earth wire 8. By this method, the liquid leakage of a flowmeter can be prevented.
