PURPOSE:To utilize efficiently a telephone line by providing a voice synthesis section transmitting an input guide message by voice and a changeover section changing a pushbutton signal and a voice input of a telephone caller to a telephone set after awaiting them so as to attain manmachine communication. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile processing section 2 and an MODEM section 3 are connected between a centralized control section 7 of a voice response device and a line switch 5 and also a voice response processing section 8 and a voice response switching section 12 are connected. The voice synthesis section 9 of this processing section 8 is connected between the control section 7 and the switch 5 so as to transmit the input guide message by the voice. Further, the processing section 8 is provided with a voice recognizing section 10 and a pushbutton signal processing section 11, and they are changed over into a telephone set by means of the switching section 12 after awaiting the pushbutton signal and the voide input of the telephone caller. Thus, the man machine communication is attained and the telephone line connected to the telephone set 6 is utilized efficiently. |
