PURPOSE:To exclude the control of number of telephone numbers to be registered without causing remarkable cost-up by adopting the constitution in such a way that a storage medium capable of leading/unloading registered with a desired telephone number is located to a dial memory device and a reproducing means reads it. CONSTITUTION:In registering a telephone number, a storage medium 14 to register the telephone number is loaded to a dial memory device and the number is registered on the storage medium 14 by using address information inputted by a dial setting button 1 via a dial code generator 3 and a recording means comprising a recording circuit 11 and a magnetic head 13. In case of the automatic dialing, the storage medium 14 registered with a desired telephone number is loaded to the dial memory device and the corresponding telephone number is read from the storage medium 14 by using a reproducing means comprising the magement head 13, an address selection circuit 15 and a reproducing circuit 21 based on the address information inputted from the dial setting button 1 via the dial generator 3 and it is converted into a dial signal required for telephone exchange by a dial signal generator 7 sent to a telephone line.
