PURPOSE:To prevent the performance of design alike a phase inverting type hybrid ring even with the length of a line of a 1/4 wavelength by not using a 1/4 wavelength line to an inverted distributing part selecting the phase at the distribution opposite to the inverted phase independently of the frequency band. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of the dielectric and the area of conductors 22, 23 are selected so that the impedance of an overlay capacitor comprising conductors 22, 23 and the dielectric 39 is sufficiently small with respect to a carrier (LO) frequency and sufficiently larger with respect to an intermediate frequency (IF). Thus, the potential of the conductors 22, 23 is equivalent with respect to the LO and since the impedance of a slot line 24 and the impedance of slot lines 25, 26 are selected in matching with each other, the LO of the slot line 24 is distributed in the opposite phase to the slot lines 25 and 26 without being reflected at the branched part. Moreover, the connecting point to a stub or the like, for example, an input terminal with coplaner lines 27, 28 is short-circuited by a capacitance with a small impedance with respect to the Lo frequency and the length of line is selected to be 1/4 wavelength, then the impedance viewing the coplaner lines 27, 28 from the connecting point with the slot line is made infinite thereby preventing the local wave leakage.
