PURPOSE:To prevent a process unit from being damaged at the time of separating it from an upper supporting frame body, by providing a means which links the process unit and a transfer means in such way that they can be released freely, and a link releasing means which releases linking and holds the transfer means at a lower supporting frame body. CONSTITUTION:When a pair of vertical walls 138 are deformed elastically a little, and a projecting piece 144 passes through locking stripes 140 and is inserted, the pair of vertical walls 138 are restored elastically, and the locking stripe 140 is locked in an aperture 146. Thereby, a first linking member 134 and a second linking member 136 are locked with each other, and the process unit 16 and the transfer means 58 are linked mutually. Meanwhile, the pair of vertical walls 138 are deformed elastically a little, and by the separation of the locking stripe 140 from the aperture 146, the linking between the first linking member 134 and the second linking member 136 is released, and the linking between the process unit 16 and the transfer means 58 is released. In such way, it is possible to prevent a photosensitive material from being damaged.
