PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance and the seizure resistance, by forming an anodic oxide coating layer on a sliding surface of one member and forming a wet Fe plating layer on a sliding surface of the other member. CONSTITUTION:An anodic oxide coating layer is formed on one member by using an aluminum alloy as an anode and an electrolytic bath such as sulfuric acid bath or oxalic acid bath and treating the one member in the electrolytic bath. The anodic oxide coating layer has a hardness of about Hv 150 or more. On the other hand, a wet Fe plating layer is formed on the mating member. The wet Fe plating layer is formed of Fe plating or SiC powder dispersed Fe plating. Thus, both the members are combined to form a sliding member improved in wear resistance and seizure resistance. |
