PURPOSE:To obtain a food vessel, coping with the needs of consumers, by a method wherein push-buttons, having the same colors as colors occupying a given rate or more of the surface areas of the cylinder and lid of colored food vessels, are arranged on a microwave oven the to cook separately in accordance with the colors of each vessels. CONSTITUTION:A red vessel 12, a yellow vessel 13 and a blue vessel 14 are food vessels corresponding respectively to the heating times by a microwave oven 6 or 3min. 4min. and 5min., for example. Push-buttons 9-11, having the same colors as the colors, occupying 1/4 or more of the surface areas of the cylinders 2 and the the lids 4 of these vessels, and a white button 15 for re- heating are provided on the microwave oven 6. Cooking is effected by a proper cooking time for respective foods by pushing one of the push buttons, which is provided with the same color as the color of the food vessel to be cooked, and re-heating is effected by pushing the white button 15. According to this constitution, a microwave oven may be provided in an amusement park or the like to cook a food in the colored vessel whereby the adaptability for the needs of consumers may be improved.
