PURPOSE:To permit cooking, which meets the eating liking of an user, by a method wherein a satisfying degree and a desire with respect to the finishing condition of cooling are inputted to renew a cooking program, in a microwave over or the like. CONSTITUTION:An operation indicating unit 11 is provided with a satisfied key 23 and non-satisfied key 24 as evaluating keys and a 'more strong' key 25 and a 'more weak' 26 as disire keys. Upon finishing cooking, the satisfied key 23 is pushed when the finishing condition of the cooking is satisfactory and the non-satisfied key 24 is pushed together with the 'more strong' key 25 or the 'more weak' 26 when the finishing condition of the cooking is not satisfactory. According to these operations, a controller counts up the number of non-satisfactory B to renew a set heating output P by an output level converting function L corresponding to a cooking mode so far, the number of satisfaction A and the number of dissatisfaction B. In this case, the converting function L is inputted as a position function when the 'more strong' key 25 is being pushed while the same function is inputted as an negative function when the 'more weak' key 26 is being pushed. According to this constitution, the finish of the cooking may be adapted to the taste of an user.
