PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting and to enhance the reliability of a sensor, by engaging the fixing means engaged with the groove in a case main body with the sensor to fix the sensor in the case main body. CONSTITUTION:After a sensor 2 and a spacer 3 are mounted to the inner wall of a case main body 1, a nut 5 is screwed in the screw groove provided to the outer wall of the case main body 1. Next, an amplifier 8 is mounted and the lead wire of the sensor 2 is connected to the amplifier 8 and, thereafter, the surface of the amplifier 8 is molded to mount a lid body 6. By this method, since mounting is performed in an extremely easy manner and the sensor 2 is mounted without using adhesion or welding, high reliability can be kept even in long-term use. Further, the presence of the space between the sensor 2 and an orifice 7 acts so as to relieve pressure variation to facilitate measurement. By this method, mounting becomes easy and the reliability of the sensor 2 can be enhanced.
