PURPOSE:To improve the inking characteristic of a photosensitive compsn. by using polyurethane resin having carboxyl group and/or modified polyvinyl acetal group having introduced substituent having an acidic hydrogen atom in combination with a specified fluorine-contg. surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:The high molecular binder comprises polyurethane resin having carboxyl group and/or modified polyvinyl acetal resin having introduced substituent having acidic hydrogen atom. The fluorine-contg. surface active agent to be used in combination is a copolymer of (i) an acrylate contg. a fluorofatty acid group (Rf group) contg. 3-20 carbon atoms and >=25% F wherein three terminal C atoms are fluorinated, or a methacrylic acid having such Rf group, with (ii) poly(oxyalkylene)acrylate or poly(oxyalkylene) methacrylate, wherein the content of the (meth)acrylate monomer unit contg. Rf group is 7-40wt% basing on the weight of the copolymer and the mol.wt. of the copolymer is 6,000-100,000. By this constitution, a photosensitive compsn. having extremely superior printing resistance and inking characteristic is provided. |
