HUMAN BLOOD TYPING REAGENT

PURPOSE:To provide a massproducible human blood typing reagent with a high factor, by mixing several kinds of monoclonal antibodies which are produced from a human type A blood cell and a refined human type A blood type substance as immunogen. CONSTITUTION:Several kinds of monoclonal antibodies each with a high factor which are produced from a human type A blood cell floating liquid and a refined human blood type A substance as immunogen are mixed. A human blood typing reagent thus obtained recognizes a human type A blood type substance specifically while being stable in the quality and factor and antigen specificity thereof can be adjusted by mixing a monoclonal antibody. When a hybridoma for producing a monoclonl antibody is prepared beforehand, massive supply is possible by cultivating the hybridoma.
