The solenoid 10 is energized to disengage the clutch plate 9b from the plate 9αwhen the switches 16 and 17 are both closed. The switch 16 is closed when the pedal portion 19 is released and the switch 17 is closed when the valve member 4 is in any position other than the substantially closed position. |
