The resin-coated sands are supplied into a cavity between base moulds (9,10) and reserved mould (13) at the setting state of these moulds by the sand blower (24). The sand moulds (31,32) are attached on the inside of base moulds (9,10) by heating means inserted into the reserved mould. Molten metal pours into the sand moulds at the state removing the reserved mould and setting the base moulds. A base mould (10) transfers horizontally toward another base mould (9) by working of first piston-cylinder assembly (6). Reserved mould (13) transfers vertically toward the center of base moulds by working of second piston-cylinder assembly (15).
