PURPOSE:To prevent strain or slack at a film splicing part from occurring, by splicing plural films rewound out of a rewinder with a splicing device in the cross direction, and the time of pulling them nearer by a tension device, making speed of this tension device larger than that of the rewinder as well as making the speed of the rewinder so as to be finely adjusted. CONSTITUTION:Films 88-91 are rewound out of original sheets 84-87, winding them on a drive roll 78 from the underside, and they are passed through between a drive roll 106 and a pressure roll 108 of tension devices 102-105 via main rolls 94-97. And, rewinders 72-75 and these tension devices 102-105 are driven at the same time, feeding these films 88-91. In this case, since the side of these tension devices 102-105 is speedier than these rewinders 72-75, these films 88-91 come into a tensile state. When a lap A is fused while feeding these films 88-91, if strain or slack exists in this lap A, speed of these rewinders 72-75 is finely adjusted. Thus, these films are spliceable without entailing any strain or slack. |
