1-amino-2-[3-(3-piperidinomethyl phenoxy) propyl amino cyclobutene- 3,4-dione is prepared. Aftet mixing a 3-[3-piperidinomethylphenoxy) propylamine dissolved in 40ml MeOH solution and 1,2-dimethoxy cyclobutene-3,4-dione dissolved in 40ml cold methanol solution, set the reaction vessel for 2hr and cool to 5≰C and add excess absolute ammonia solution for 5 min. The mixture is stirred for 18hrs at room temperature and the product is suspended in 40ml ethanol (95%). Thus, the titled hydrochloride salt compound is obtained.
