PURPOSE:To simplify operation by integrally housing a small-sized motor, pneumatic compression member, valve mechanism, battery as power source, and an electric switch for motor into a casing. CONSTITUTION:A reduction gear 3 is incorporated onto the output shaft 21 side of a motor 2, and the working element 53 of a pneumatic compression member 5 which consists of a contractable bellows member is incorporated in turnable ways into a cam 4. Each pneumatic compression member 5 is equipped with a suction valve 61 and a discharge valve 62. Further, a battery 7 as the electric power source for driving the motor 2 and a power switch 8 are housed integrally into a casing 1. Therefore, the compact constitution can be obtained, and operation is facilitated.
