摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the read of picture information with high accuracy by using a time between two transfer pulses before and after a synchronizing signal representing a luminous change period among transfer pulses outputted at every period synchronously with the luminous quantity change period of a light source lamp and commanded by a control means as the effective storage time of an image sensor. CONSTITUTION:A control means 48 adopts only the information transferred to a transfer section by a transfer pulse D next to a synchronizing signal (b) as an output signal (f) representing the effective picture information and throws away the output signal (f) by other transfer pulse (d) as an ineffective output signal. That is, only the storage time (m) is used as the effective storage time and the picture information in between is used as the output signal (f). A control means 48 uses the output signal (f) to control the exposure. For example, when the output signal (f) to each picture element exceeds the preset maximum value, the effective storage time (m) is reduced by revising the period (l) set by the periodic signal (c). Thus. the blooming of the line sensor 56 is prevented.
