In a mill, the mill stone (1), of natural or sythetic stone, is provided with a depression (4) on the grinding surface, said depression extending radially from the central opening (3). Viewed from the side, the depression (4) is wedge-shaped. There is either only one depression (4) provided or, in the event that a plurality of such depressions is provided, these do not border on each other, but there is in each instance a plain hub area (15) between two such depressions. This fact results in a cooler grinding process.
|
