<p>PURPOSE:To attain the write of a data of a memory even at input disconnection by providing an input disconnection detection circuit and giving a detection signal to a flip-flop, a memory and an address generating circuit in the detection of input disconnection. CONSTITUTION:A base detection circuit 21 detects a write clock and when a write clock corresponding to all input data is inputted, the clock is given to flip-flops 1-n, an address generating circuit 22 generates the write address and gives it to a memory 20 to write the output of the flip-flops 1-n to the memory 20. Moreover, a disconnection detection circuit 23 detects the disconnection of the write clock and when any of write clocks is disconnected, it is detected and the detection signal is given to the flip-flops 1-n, the address generating circuit 22 and the memory 20 to write the output of the flip-flops 1-n to the memory 20. Thus, even if the input is disconnected, the write of the input data to the memory is attained.</p> |
