PURPOSE:To set up a hose reel at the outside of an opening at the time of using a hose and make it enclosable at the inside at the time of nonuse, by installing an enclosing chamber having the opening in a tank, while supporting a hose reel supporting frame on the opening rotatably between an enclosing position inside the opening and a working position outside. CONSTITUTION:In this hose reel enclosure, an enclosing chamber 5 having an opening 8 is installed in a tank 4, and also a hose reel supporting frame 10 is installed in this opening 8 so as to make it rotatable around a vertical shaft 19 together with a turning frame 9, so that it is able to change the direction. Therefore, a hose reel 17 and a hose 18 both are easily siftable between a working position outside the enclosing chamber 5 and an enclosing position inside the enclosing chamber 5. And, at the working position, the hose reel 17 and the hose 18 are situated at the outside of the enclosing chamber 5 so that their handing becomes facilitated besides excellent in working properties. And, at the enclosing position, since the hose reel supporting frame 10 is housed in the enclosing chamber 5, external appearance is well improvable.
