发明名称 LIGHT-RESISTANT POLYAMIDE COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can give a fiber excellent in light resistance even at a high temperature, by mixing a polyamide with a polycondensate of a specified diol compound with pentaerythritol and triphenyl phosphite and a copper compound. CONSTITUTION:A polycondensate is obtained by reacting a diol compound (i) of the formula (wherein R1-2 are each H or a 1-4C alkyl, and R3 is 1,4- phenylene or 1,4-cyclohexylene), e.g., bisphenol A, with pentaerythritol (ii) and triphenyl phosphate (iii) at a molar ratio of 1:1:2. A polyamide (e.g., nylon) is mixed with 30-1,000ppm (in terms of copper) of a copper compound (e.g., copper acetate), 100-5,000ppm of the polycondensate and, optionally, a matting agent (e.g., TiO2), an antistatic agent, a heat stabilizer, a color stabilizer (e.g., KI), etc.
