PURPOSE:To accurately detect the presence or absence of bunch winding, by running a linear sensor for reading reflected rays of light from a bunch winding part irradiated therewith in a specific direction, rotating a package and comparing the obtained data with the standard model data from a paper tube. CONSTITUTION:A bunch winding position (B) of a yarn package (P) is irradiated with rays of light from a light source 2 and reflected rays of light from the surface of a paper tube 4 are received by a lens 5 and then a light receiving part 7 of a linear sensor and analysis is carried out using an analyzer 8. The sequence of a linear sensor 6 is set so as to be oblique to the direction of the winding direction of bunch winding and the package (P) is rotated by rotation of a tray 10 to read one turn of the paper tube divided into plural portions. The read plural data are compared with the standard model data obtained from a paper tube without bunch winding. |
