<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the shock accompanied with the start operation by successively increasing the initial transmission force in the transmission of turning moment. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of drive side clutch plates 440 are installed, and a plurality of spacers 441 are arranged between a plurality of clutch plates 440. Each spacer 441 possesses elasticity so that the interval between the drive side clutch plates 440 is kept at a prescribed value. Further, the elastic force of the spacer 441 is made nonuniform. Since, with such constitution, the drive side clutch plates 440 supported by the spacer 441 having the less elasticity are attached onto a trailing side clutch plate 450 in succession, the shock accompanied with start operation can be prevented, when the drive side clutch plate 440 is shifted by a piston 403.</p> |
