PURPOSE:To operate the titled table without losing horizontal response by turning a television camera around the gravity center of the television camera in the tilt turning. CONSTITUTION:In applying tilt turning a camera mounting angle 11b by loosening the fixing screw 11c of a universal head 11, the television camera 15 is turned around the gravity center, that is, a fulcrum 16. Since the television camera 15 is tilted around the gravity center of the television camera by means of the universal head 11 in such a manner, the moment inertia of the television camera 15 with respect to the driving shaft 12 is made nearly constant independently of the tilt angle of the television camera 15 and the horizontal turning operation is attained without losing the response.
