PURPOSE:To decrease the circuit scale by compressing the time per unit time for a digitized voice signal transferred from a 1st memory device to a 2nd memory device. CONSTITUTION:The voice signals L, R digitized by analog/digital converters 103, 203 ... are written alternately in real time to the 1st memory devices 105, 205... and the digitized voice signal is read serially from the 1st memory devices 105, 205... by using a high speed clock 4 and a signal subject to control is written in the 2nd memory devices 12, 22... by giving a gate switching control signal to any of control input terminals 108, 208...;110, 210... through a gate matrix comprising gate circuits 107, 207...;109, 209.... Then the L, R signals are read out of the memory in real time and the L, R analog voice signals are reproduced by the digital/analog converters 14, 24. |
