<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the unit price and working amount of articles by bending a sheet metal or the like to form a monoblock roller shaft so that a separate part such as roller wheel is not needed. CONSTITUTION:A roller shaft 10 is formed of a sheet metal having first, second and third side plates 12, 13 and 14 bent to have an U-shaped section. The opposed second and third side plates 13, 14 are provided on the upper end edges with notches 16 for interposing a roller materials. Further, a plurality of through holes 17 corresponding to rollers 11 are provided in the center of first side plate 12, and the roller 11 is baked and molded directly on the roller shaft 10 by pouring synthetic rubber as roller material into a groove 15, the notch 16 and the through hole 17. Thus, the roller 11 is blocked from both rotation relative to the roller shaft 10 and axial movement.</p> |
