<p>PURPOSE:To safely transmit information between a receiver and a control unit by outputting a frequency signal used as a self-check directly to the control unit and forming an interface between the receiver and the control unit in a single system of an IC level. CONSTITUTION:Any of signals 151-15n is outputted as the result of frequency discrimination. A frequency signal 19 is generated by a programmable oscillator 18 in response thereto, and outputted to a control unit 40. The unit 40 discriminate the frequency of this signal by a digital frequency discriminator 48, generates by a limit speed signal generator 43 a limit speed signal corresponding to the frequency information, compares an actual speed signal 46 with the limit speed signal, and outputs a brake command if the former is larger than the latter. Accordingly, if an IC of the like becomes defective, the signal 19 becomes 0 Hz, a brake is outputted under no condition, thereby enabling a failsafe interface. In this manner, the information can be safely transmitted between the receiver and the control unit.</p> |
