PURPOSE:To easily remove solidifying agent stuck at the internal section of a filling pipe, by rotating and inserting a rotary system cleaning device into the internal section of the solidifying agent filling pipe retained on a bearing base. CONSTITUTION:In a state that a solidifying agent filling pipe P is mounted on the mounts 6A, 6B of a bearing base 1, a rod 4 is inserted into the filling pipe P through the one end side. Through the tip nozzle 5b of a rotary system cleaning device 4, water is jetted, and at the same time, the rod 4 is slowly inserted into the filling pipe P, and the cleaning device 5 is rotated. Then, solidifying agent stuck in the filling pipe P is chipped by a cemented carbide cutting tool 5a at the tip of the cleaning device 5 and is rinsed out with water.
