PURPOSE:To make the video image to a high definition image with less noise by controlling an output changeover circuit so as to use a 2H delay video signal outputted from a 2nd delay circuit as an output video signal when a noise level is increased. CONSTITUTION:A noise detection circuit 17 detecting the noise included in the video signal VP demodulated by an FM demodulation circuit 13 is provided and when a noise level is small, the 1H delay video signal VP1 outputted from a 1st delay circuit 16a is used as an output video signal VPO and the 2H delay video signal VP2 outputted from the 2nd delay circuit 16b when the noise level is large is used as the video signal VPO by the control of an output changeover circuit 18. Thus, the reception video image with less noise is obtained.
