PURPOSE:To obviate the need of electric energy by housing a rotary body revolved by the stream of fluid in a casing and installing a fan onto a rotary shaft revolved by the rotary body outside the casing. CONSTITUTION:A rotary body such as gear 3 revolved by the stream of fluid is housed in a casing 2 connected in the passage of a piping 1. A fan 6 is installed onto a rotary shaft 5 by the rotary body outside the casing 2. When fluid is poured from an inflow side connecting port 7, the gear 3 is revolved, and also the fan 6 installed onto the rotary shaft 5 is revolved. Therefore, the need of electric energy can be obviated.
