PURPOSE:To permit cost cut by inserting a movable vane by a distance piece having a surface engaged with a dove tail part at the root part of the movable vane. CONSTITUTION:The shape of a movable vane is smoothly changed to a dove tail part 2 from a vane sectional surface shape part 1. The aslant surface part 6 of a distance piece 3 in contact with the dove tail part 2 and a part 8 forming the same surface to a rotor surface 7 are provided. The projection part 10 of the distance piece 3 is engaged with a groove 5 which is cut in the peripheral direction on a rotor 4 and has a projecting sectional surface shape, and the movable vane is fixed onto the rotor by applying a proper load in the peripheral direction. Therefore, the machine works for the rotor groove can be reduced to the min., and cost cut is permitted.
