PURPOSE:To circulate air in a chamber ideally, and to equalize an indoor temperature by forming an air intake port to the lower section of an apparatus body incorporating a fan and forming an air blow-off port to an upper section. CONSTITUTION:A motor fan 4 is incorporated into a main body 2 under the state in which air is blown to an upper section from a lower section. When a air blowing device (C) is installed under the state in which the device is erected on the floor of a chamber (B) and the fan 4 for the air blowing device (C) is operated, air in the chamber (B) is moved in the direction of the air blowing device (C) including upper hot air and circulated ideally because the cold air of the upper section of the floor is blown up upward and atmospheric pressure in the vicinity of an air intake port 33 drops with the blow-up.
