摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable an increase of force which actuates an armature without increasing an input of an electromagnetic device, by forming the armature so as to be light pressed on an armature supporting member which is formed so that a distance between an operating fulcrum and a contact point on its absorbing and releasing operations is large when the armature is attracted and is small when the armature is released. CONSTITUTION:A coil 14 is wound/incorporated in a yoke 11 and so it composes a part of a magnetic path. An armature is mounted astride a space of an open end of the yoke 11, and one end part of the armature is attracted to/released from one end part of the yoke 11 so that a remaining part of the magnetic path is composed. The armature 16 in such an electromagnet device is disposed to be light pressed on an armature supporting member 17 which is formed so that a distance (a) between an operating fulcrum and a contact point T on its attracting and releasing operations is large when the member is attracted and is small when the member is released. In the said armature supporting member 17, for example, a surface 17a in contact with the armature 16 is formed into a continuously curved surface. Hence, compared with the conventional case in which a distance between the operating point and the contact point is constant, force for the armature actuation can be increased even if the armature is operated anywhere.</p>
