<p>PURPOSE:To maintain the constant area of two color filters even when the mask positions for the color filters are dislocated and to prevent an irregular color from being produced by forming one filters of the two color filters so as to surround the other filter. CONSTITUTION:The island form color filters 12 of yellow, cyanogen, Magenta, green are disposed at the center part of the opening part of a rectangular photodiode shown by broken lines and the color filters 13 of Magenta, green, cyanogen, yellow, respectively are disposed so as to surround them. The area of the color filter 12 is equal to the area of the color filter 13. The color filter 12 at the center part is formed so as to contact no peripheral part of the opening part and the color filter 13 surrounding it is formed so as to be slightly wider than the opening part and even when the slight mask dislocation is generated, the two color filters of the equal area are effectively formed on the photodiode.</p> |
