PURPOSE:To decrease the effect of distortion due to screw tightening by constituting one of installing mount parts of a magnetic recorder by a fatial direction elastic means having elasticity to the tensile strength and compression force of screw tightening and constituting it by a twisted direction elastic means having the elasticity against a screw tightening torque. CONSTITUTION:The fitting part 1e having the elasticity in the fatial direction in response to the tensile strength and the compressing force in the direction of the arrow 22 constituted integrally to one side face of the frame 1 and the fitting part 1f having the elasticity in the twisted direction of the torque in the direction of arrow 23 constituted integrally to other side face of the frame 1 are formed. In case of fitting to the main body 21, the fitting part 1e having the elasticity in the fatial direction of the direction of arrow 22 is deformed as shown in 1e' against the dispersion DELTAx of the fitting side to decrease the effect of deformation of the frame 1. Moreover, the fitting part 1f having the elasticity in the twisted direction shown in the arrow 23 is deformed around an elastic arm part 1g against the torque of screw tightening and the screw tightening torque is absorbed by the elastic arm part 1g to eliminate the effect of the distortion of the frame 1.
