PURPOSE:To enable unattended operation by resetting the set value for a binder from the detection signal of the real feed amt. of a raw material, and mixing the binder in the amt. conforming to the feed amt. of the raw material to optimize the component content in the granule of medicine. CONSTITUTION:The raw material in a raw material-weighing machine 2 is charged under the command of the detection signal from a temp. sensor 13 into a fluidized-bed granulating and drying machine 3 by a transfer means such as a feeder, the signal of the real feed weight is processed by a controller, and the set value for the binder previously keyed in the controller is reset. The binder in a binder tank 4 is supplied by a pump 5 in the amt. corresponding to the reset value plus alpha amt. into the tank 7 of a binder weighing device 6 based on the reset value. The binder is sprayed into the fluidized-bed granulating and drying machine 3 from the spray gun 9 having a three-way selector valve 8.
