PURPOSE:To orientate reinforcing short fibers in a fixed direction and molding a molded product of superior strength by molding a molding material containing reinforcing short fibers by means of a molder equipped with molds with a number of through holes between an extruder and a molding section. CONSTITUTION:Plastifiable molding material 10 containing reinforcing short fibers extruded out of an extruder 2 enters into a number of through-holes 3a of a first molder 3 to be formed into spaghettie-shaped rod material. Short fibers in said molding material are oriented in said through-holes 3a in the extruding direction. Next, said spaghettie-shaped molded material is bundled and integranted in a drawing section 41 and a molding section 42 of a second mold 4 and molded into a desired molded body. |
