PURPOSE:To prevent the sudden engagement of a driving torque distribution control clutch by providing a check valve which permits the flow of discharged oil and which checks the flow of feed oil and a throttle means mutually in parallel midway in a feeding and discharging oil passage to a hydraulic servo chamber. CONSTITUTION:The outlet port 152 of a clutch oil pressure control valve 140 is connected in an alignment to a hydraulic servo chamber 66 of a hydraulic servo device 62 via an oil passage 96, a one-way delay valve 160, and an oil passage 98. The one-way delay valve 160 has a throttle element 162 and a check ball type check valve 164 which permits the flow of a working fluid discharged out of the hydraulic servo chamber 66 and which checks the flow of the working fluid fed into the hydraulic servo chamber 66 mutually in parallel, to give a defined delaying effect to the flow of hydraulic fluid advancing from the oil passage 96 to the oil passage 98, i.e., to rise in oil pressure in the hydraulic servo chamber 66.
