PURPOSE:To evade disadvantages due to the flow of an offset current by equalizing a voltage across the collector and emitter of a 1st transistor and that across the collector and emitter of a 2nd transistor, both of which consist a pair of differential amplifier circuits. CONSTITUTION:The equal numbers of diode junctions are provided between the 1st transistor and a reference voltage and between the 2nd transistor and the voltage. The 1st and 2nd transistors consist the differential amplifier circuits. The voltage across the collector and emitter of the 1st transistor 1 are equal to that across the collector and emitter of the 2nd transistor 2. Transistors 21 and 22 for grounding bases are inserted into the collector sides of the 1st and 2nd transistors 1 and 2.
