PURPOSE:To cool a transmission and a cylinder with one cooling system by connecting the inside of a shroud which covers the cylinder of an engine body to the inside of a power transmission case in the captioned device in which the inside of said power transmission case housing a transmission is forcedly cooled by a cooling air. CONSTITUTION:In a buggy vehicle, a belt type continuously variable transmission 16 is provided on the left side lower part of an engine 15 loaded in between each one pair in the right and left of front and rear wheels being connected in alignment to it. In this case, the transmission 16 is housed in an air-tight power transmission case 17, while the cylinder part 18 of the engine 15 is covered by a shroud 19, and the inside of the shroud 19 is connected to the inside of the power transmission case 17 via a connecting pipe 20. Also, an outer air intake duct 24 which is connected to the inside of the power transmission case 17 is connected to an intake port 51 provided on the front part of a power transmission case cover 34. And, the air in the power transmission case 17 is sucked into the inside of the cylinder part 18 by means of a fan 57 driven by a crank shaft 29, and discharged out of a discharge port 58 after cooling the cylinder part 18.
