PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition outstanding in antistatic nature electrical conductivity, flame-retardancy and transparency, suitable for packings, tubes, etc., by incorporating a vinyl chloride resin with a specific phthalic ester plasticizer and phosphoric ester plasticizer in specified proportions. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating 100pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin with 30-60 (pref. 35-60)pts.wt. of (A) a phthalic ester plasticizer of formula I (R is 3-15C long chain or branched alkyl; A is 2-4C alkylene; m and n are each 1-7; number of carbon atoms in A plus R being 5-17) and (B) a phosphoric ester plasticizer (e.g., phosphoric ester of formula II) in the weight ratio A/B=4/1-1/4 (pref. 3/1-1/3).
