PURPOSE:To exactly detect a fault generated in a master station equipment, in the own station equipment, by allowing a master station monitoring signal to flow by utilizing a time slot of a polling channel, and monitoring its signal. CONSTITUTION:In a master station equipment, an in-master station monitoring signal T outputted from a monitoring circuit 100 is brought to multiplexing in accordance with an in-master station monitoring timing signal outputted from a polling controlling circuit 110, in a time division multiplexing circuit 20. In a time division multiplexing circuit 70, said signal is brought to time division multiplexing to a receiving IF signal received from each station and converted to an IF signal, in accordance with an in-master station supervising timing signal outputted from a polling controlling circuit 110, and demodulated by a demodulation circuit 80. Subsequently, by a receiving signal processing circuit 90, a receiving signal processing such as descramble, etc., is executed, and said signal is outputted as an output signal. In such a way, whether a fault exists or not is monitored by monitoring T in the output signal by the monitoring circuit 100 in accordance with the in-master station monitoring timing signal outputted from the polling controlling circuit 110.
